Working in care and support roles can be hugely rewarding. In the recent pandemic a light has been shone on the largely unseen work of care and support teams across the country. A role which usually goes unnoticed in our communities, has been highlighted to the world in the midst of this pandemic. Our work has never stopped during these times, indeed it has increased as we assist the NHS to try to ensure our hospitals are kept clear of patients who could be at home instead.
We have vacancies for Care at Home Support Workers and also for Social Support Workers. Social support is based around a person's social needs, whereas Care at Home Support is based around a person's personal care needs.
If you would like to know more about the roles our staff carry out please get in touch with our office for an informal chat.

Our care and support teams work in our local communities to ensure that people are able to remain as independent as possible and able to live in their own homes (and communities) for as long as they wish to.
If you are interested in a career change, or a new role, we think you will find these roles hugely rewarding.
